"The bed was comfy. The staff were very nice and cooperative. The floor was covered in sand, my socks were filthy. There was garbage all over the rear of the parking lot and building."

"The woman that helped me check in was awesome!!!! She checked my room before I arrived and had what I was missing ready for me at check in!!!! She was professional and very courteous!!!! More hotels need someone like her on their staff!!!!"

"I stopped off with a car load of my daughter’s college stuff as I just moved her out. Was nervous to leave the car in the lot but the person at the front desk said that she could see the car from her monitor and would watch until 6am when she leaves. She even checked to make sure my room had a view of my car. Thought that was so nice of her!! What great service! The room was nice and comfy, everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good. "

However, based on my expectations, the room, convenience, and staff were all at the top tier of those expectations. "This was the worst stay ever! We can say one thing - nice bed. Then there was... 1. no elevator and we had to insist on first floor 2. no "breakfast item" 3. people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby 4. no smoking? The hall reeked of it! 5. $50 damage deposit! 6. Absolutely no receipt of deposit at check-in. 7. Handwritten receipt at check-out ... only after my insistence! 8. Some kind of brown gunk in the shower. 9. two electric outlets with wires exposed. 10. disgusting rusty vent cover...
