"This is a quiet place. Its clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the continental breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. They have waffles, but the rest of the selection is very limited."

"From check in to checkout, everything was perfect. Hotel managers were very pleasant. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hershey. We had zero complaints and the small touches like lotion and body wash and things inbetween made our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and yummy. Hands down one of the best stays for us!"

"The stay was fine and the continental breakfast was excellent. Only issue was we got to our room and there were no towels and the curtains really need to be able to close--we had a parking lot light shining in our room all night."

"The staff is friendly. The property is good however our room did have an order. Even though this is a non-smoking property, it seems the people who occupied our room prior to us smoked. The front desk staff member provided some spray and also scheduled thorough clean for the next morning. The breakfast was good. We went with our family and everyone had a good time. "
