"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and felt super comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent and professional. On top of that, the location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around really easy. It’s a quiet area but still right in the heart of everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean hotel with a great location!"

"Arbors is where we usually stay each time we go to Pigeon Forge and we go a few times a year. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. We enjoy staying in a parkway view room and they are very spacious, clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was clean, convenient location to walk downtown. The room was a little small. We took our small dog which was nice but they put us on the 3rd floor which was not very convenient. No cleaning service (due to having our dog). They asked us to set our trash and towels outside our door by 10 am. We did our own housekeeping but they charge an additional fee for the pet. "
