"Check in was fast and easy. I went to my assigned room to check it out and had an incident with the room next door. I left for an appointment and came back late to sleep in my room. I told the lady at the front desk about the incident earlier in the day and she gave me another room. The new room was much better but I had a hard time getting to sleep. I had stayed many times at this hotel but my stay this time was a bit off. I still liked it. Hopefully my next stay will be better. I recommend...

"The staff was really nice. The place was clean. It was convenient for me and had a small but adequate business center. I thought I was only going to stay one night. At the last minute, decided to stay another night, then another. The staff was great about keeping me in the same room and making the check-in for my additional last minute nights easy."

"Interesting the a 3pm checkin couldnt happend 5 mins early. But the real issue was the thermostat seemed broken. I don't know if my wife let them know, but we coukdn't adjust the temp. It was hot overnight and I had turned the thermostat down to 55. I believe my wife forgot to let folks know... but it was hot."

"We were waiting on something to be brought to our room by grounds keeper and the next day both Genevieve and Amy checked to see that it was taken care of and then when Amanda (G.M) got in she was sure to not only check with her staff that it had been handled but with me and my partner's and that it was acceptable to our liking.
