"What a nice, clean hotel. We had a great experience at the Clarion Point. We were kindly helped by Abhi and Sweta to make sure that we were placed in a first floor room. I made points reservation for the second night and Abhi made sure that we stayed in the same room (even though I seemed to have booked a different room type). This place was spotless. All staff were kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again when visiting the Charlotte area. Very quiet and easy to park, etc."

"My stay was very comfortable. The room was clean. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt a ice machine on the floor I was on. It makes it very hard for people who cant walk too much to get ice. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

As soon as you walk in, you get the smell of refreshment and clean air. The front desk gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. It was also a quick check in.
