"My stay was fine. I was assigned an accessible suite which I would decline if I stayed again. They did not have an ottoman or coffee table, which I understand why. I made it difficult to use the couch with a snack or beverage. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. I felt well cared for while traveling alone. "

Disappointing as we were planning to swim while we were there. It was quite noisy there. You could hear people outside the room talking at all hours and clomping down the outside stairwell. It was quite warm in the room and if you tried to cool it down, the unit would blow directly on the bed causing a major draft on your body. There was...

"We were originally booked 10 days, but came back and stayed an extra night. Our first room had ants in the bathroom. Like a lot. They were coming up from the floor. After 3 days of no help, we bought some tape and taped over the hole. Other than that the stay was perfect. When we originally checked in we were told there was no elevator access so we got a new room without any problems. Excellent location. Really yummy diner attached. "
