"Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. Just handed me the room keys. Didn’t tell me where the room was, nothing about breakfast, wifi or literally anything. It was the strangest and honestly, rudest experience I’ve had at a hotel. "Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free."
