"Property was amazing and clean, staff was attentive and welcoming, especially the breakfast server Ynosencia, she was so sweet. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the breakfast area so guest can warm the milk or creamer for the coffee. Not everyone like cold milk or creamer ,cause it makes the coffee cold."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a traditional hotel but interesting and quirky. Staff always knew my name during my 7 night stay. The most important aspect is its location. On 42nd Street but away from the busy Times Square"

"Hotel is in a run down area, room is large and comfortable although fixtures and fitting are old and could do with being updated. Bathroom door frame is badly scratched. Bathroom is in good condition. Chose hotel due to fairly close proximity to brooklyn cruise port and is good for an overnight stay. But there is very limited dining options in the area. If you are staying in new york for a couple of days manhattan may be a better choice."

"My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options. "

"Prima hotel voor een prima prijs, vriendelijk personeel. Wel heel erg gehorig zeker als er gasten zijn die denken alleen op de wereld te zijn. Als je licht slaapt neem zeker oordopjes mee. Wij hebben in de nacht niet gemeld bij het personeel. Wel een super locatie "
