"The property was nice and very clean. The staff was great. The neighborhood seemed run down and there were vagrants in the adjacent parking lot. There wasn't enough parking close to the room. There was a closed restaurant right in front of where my room was and there were a group of men standing behind it - right where the only place for me to park was.
