"I cannot recommend this enough- not only was the room clean and immaculate. But the personal service to customers! The staff went out of their way to not only assist me and my family with accommodations, but also helped us directly with car rental assistance and even transportation! This place has a family heart and soul, while sitting next to restaurants and gas stations and all other needs. This place made me gain hope in humanity. 10 stars and beyond! "

For older people and people with mobility difficulties they should be made aware of this issue PRIOR to checking in and offered main floor if possible or they could make an informed decision to go elsewhere . We were offered assistance with the luggage BUT the people still need to get to the room as well. Elevators NEED to be in working order . "

"Everything was quick when i booked the 2 rooms for 5. The location was great. Checking was greatly appreciated by Melissa at the front office. The rooms we stayed were adjoining and that was a good for us. Maverick was just walking distance and very convenient. Our overall stay was fantastic and the breakfast we enjoyed. Had a great stay. Looking forward to staying whenever we are in Payson again. "

"If want to visit Sedona and need an affordable place to stay, the Fort Verde Suites Motel is an excellent option. The host was very friendly at check-in, the room was clean, and the drive to Sedona from here is gorgeous. The property is just a few minutes away from the Montezuma Castle National Monument (though I ran out of time to visit). It was quiet and felt like a safe area. "

"Unlike most reviews we had wifi the whole time. We were in the main building close to the front desk. TV options very limited. No premium channels. Free DVD movies might be fine if you have kids or are under 40. Wed. night, only the bar was open for food and closed at 8pm. There are no close options so if you are a captive, at least the bar might stay open till 10pm. Bar music playing in the courtyard by the pool and jacuzzi at 8:30 am. Perhaps some peace an quiet in the morning. All being said...

"It was a good stay overall. The front desk employees could not have been more helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, 3 people, and the maid service did not vacuum our room once. They also did not leave extra toilet paper. There is no fan in the bathroom but the shower head was amazing. We had a small refrig.mmerator, which was good, but there's no microwave in the rooms. The food overall was really good and the waitstaff was friendly. We would definitely stay again."
