"Always decorated nicely. bedding and beds are wonderful as are lotions and shampoos and bodywashes provided. hallways smelled weird...not sure like new carpet or something and our neighbors in 327 kept letting their door slam...but otherwise a wonderful overnight stay."

"Besides a noisy family after 10 pm (even after the guest services staff went up to tell them that quiet hours were in affect), the stay was convenient (not too many other places in the Reading area, which is unfortunate). The airport restaurant was convenient and good also. The bathroom (suite) needs an overhead light in the shower/bath area (only light coming from sink/mirror). Bathroom and walls in places stained and tired-looking. Bed comfy and plenty of pillows. Clean and orderly and good...

"This is the second time I've stayed here, the first was during a busy weekend in the summer. If/when I return to the area, it's by far my first choice. The staff is great -- they even gave my friend a parking space when she came over from Devon to have lunch with me (and parking spaces in Phoenixville are rare!). I love that I can walk right out the door and find great food and shopping. The rooms are spotless."

"Great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Well maintained. My ONLY gripe is it’s 2025 and they are still using predatory schemes to make money. They offer free WiFi if you give a bunch of personal information(which gives you slow internet) OR you need to pay like 10$ a day for fast internet. Kind of just sad. "
