"The staff who checked us in was very accommodating, especially since we arrived at 4 a.m. Although early check-in didn't begin until 10 a.m., the staff member was kind enough to let us in early into the room. "We always stay here when visiting our daughter at UC. It's a very convenient location and parking is easy (we just found out there is actually a garage underneath the surface lot). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Look like they are doing a renovation which will be nice as it is a bit tired looking, but still in good shape and clean."
