"The staff is very attentive "

"The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. When I returned from my event, the key wouldn't even work. Overall, I was happy with condition of hotel & most especially reasonable cost. My car was...

"We were grateful there were two beds! But everything was very hodgepodge! The bed was terrible! There was very hot water and lots of pressure! The tub was clean and the refrigerator was new! With a little effort it could be very cute! We tried to call the contact to figure out where we were going as GPS wasn’t accurate! And the ladies voicemail was full! "

"My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."
