"El hotel por fuera se ve muy normal, pero las habitaciones estan remodeladas. Estan nuevas y son muy comodas, la limpieza es muy buena, lo unico que puedo decir es que la puerta del baño esta lista para ser arreglada o cambiada pero nada que afecte tu estadia. El personal fue amable y profesional. El desayuno es basico. Y se sentia muy segura la zona y el hotel. Estoy muy satisfecha con la estadia. Si vuelvo a pasar por esta ruta me quedare de nuevo sin duda alguna. "

When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to work with Expedia to get the refund.
