"Honestly I was a bit worried but this hotel doesn’t get enough credit. The outside is a bit worn but the room was very clean, clearly recently renewed. The bed was super comfortable. The check in was super fast and easy (even at 1 am, the time we got there) the employee was very patient, kind and there was no struggle with the deposit."

"Right next to Jack London Square which has many dining options and 5 minute walk to ferry to San Francisco. Rooms are clean with a fridge. Free parking. The lobby and public areas need a remodel. Not the best area to the east and the noise from the Amtrak trains is loud. Breakfast needs improvement. "

"What an unexpected lovely stay here! Super comfy room and bed. The person who checked me in on 4/17 at roughly 7 pm (I forgot to ask their name) was very kind and attentive! Really helpful as well, they deserve a raise! "
