"The room itself was fine, though there was zero water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. The pool area was absolutely filthy. There was a sopping wet tampon on the floor, a hot cup from the coffee bar was annihilated and used for what looked like spit balls all by the door to get it in. The room was freezing, the water was freezing. Looks like people had been messing with the safety device. Just all around not enjoyable to be in there. The gentleman at the front desk was a gem, and I hope...
