"The young lady that checked us in was very polite friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves recognition. We had cancelled one of the rooms we booked but it still showed up as booked so she gave me instructions on who to contact and that I should get a full refund. Within 30 minutes as we were heading out she reached out and said “we got the email of your cancellation and you should be good to go” I was very grateful for getting me full refund. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Our main room, the bed and other furniture, and the bathroom were clean. The main room smelled a bit, maybe from cleaning chemicals. The shower controller needs repair. We heard (but didn't look for it) a cat walking through the hallway outside our room, at night. And I noticed a cat pee smell in the corridor this morning. "We read some of the reviews and we did not have the same experience. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great. I had Belgium waffles and my husband had biscuits and gravy. Did hear one person complaining about the cleanliness of their room. "
