"Hotel was clean and very enjoyable. We were missing a few things in the room, but were able to easily get them. Breakfast was good, pool was open and warm. Only problem was one of the two heater units was not work and only blasted cold air. As the temperature dropped it kept running i an effort to raise the temperature but just kept lowering it. By the time we figured out what was going on it was very cold in there. We were able run just the one unit and get warmed back up. But overall a good...

"We were very happy with the service and our room. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of hot and cold options. We would definitely return if we are ever back in Geneva!"

"Great but cleaning could be a bit better. Red stains on the carpet. And the breakfast area is cramped and poorly thought out when its busy. And staff cannot keep up with the demand. My biggest complaint is that it is not sound proof and we heard lots of little feet running around and up early. "
