"Very nice small hotel. We stayed in a new building that was very nice. No elevator. Great complementary breakfast. We arrived in the evening after their small bar closed. The owner very nicely provided drinks for us anyways. We would stay again. Convenient to Spilt airport and Trogir. "

"This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

Opened in 2010, this would have been an awesome building at the time. But it feels like no one has maintained it since then. A broken escalator in the middle of the hostel has clearly been out of service for a long time. All of the storage cupboards in the room were either jammed shut or without keys. "The location, right in the center of the city could not be more perfect. So convenient to everything that we could start out the day without a jacket and if it turned cool we could pop back into our room, change and be right back out in the center of old town Split."
