"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. The very polite young man was half way through our order when a manager pushed him out of the way, cancelled our order and served another guest and then just walked off - incredibly rude, disrespectful and I suspect a little racist as I am English - whether he was or...
