"Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. We did run into an error at check-in that could have ruined our trip had I not had plenty of money set aside for this trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. Do expect to hear some noise considering this hotel is located just off the interstate and close to a military base. We were a bit disappointed to find that the living area was open to the bedroom. We booked a suite under the assumption that the bedroom would have privacy, but that wasn't the case....

"Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Tina is amazing she is doing very good job managing her hotel. Definitely recommend staying here. It is always a pleasure staying here. Dont think I would rent another hotel in Killeen other than woodspring suites. "
