"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "The walls of this place were very thin. We could hear every word being said by the neighbors next to us and below us and many of the other units. It was supposed to be quiet time at 9pm but we were kept up late the two nights we stayed and ended up leaving 6 days early because the place was so bad.
