"The staff is outrageous. I had the best check-in experience EVER. I travel a lot worldwide, and I have never had a so pleasant experience. The hotel area may appear a little weird at first sight, but it is convenient. It is a residential area with a few businesses around. It is less than a five-minute walk to the Queensbridge F subway line, which is ultra-convenient—10 minutes to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park. I would return to this hotel. "

"Property was amazing and clean, staff was attentive and welcoming, especially the breakfast server Ynosencia, she was so sweet. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the breakfast area so guest can warm the milk or creamer for the coffee. Not everyone like cold milk or creamer ,cause it makes the coffee cold."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a traditional hotel but interesting and quirky. Staff always knew my name during my 7 night stay. The most important aspect is its location. On 42nd Street but away from the busy Times Square"

"My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options. "

"Prima hotel voor een prima prijs, vriendelijk personeel. Wel heel erg gehorig zeker als er gasten zijn die denken alleen op de wereld te zijn. Als je licht slaapt neem zeker oordopjes mee. Wij hebben in de nacht niet gemeld bij het personeel. Wel een super locatie "
