Greenfield Hill 2 Stars Hotels

"Our shower hot water was barely even medium and never hot at any time. The Pool was nice, but difficult to enjoy with the number of children splashing and yelling. Also, the woman in charge of ensuring everyone wore a wrist band did a good job, but was completely oblivious to those jumping in the pool from the edge, against hotel policy and dangerous. "

"Room rate was reasonable and the place was reasonably clean. Fitness center had broken equipment, staff said it was in the process of being repaired. Breakfast selection was not a good as other Hampton properties. Room was clean and quiet. No turndown or room cleaning during three day stay. Asked for towels and they were never brought. Had to go to the front desk to get them. was told they had a “towel shortage.” Front desk routinely empty as lone staff member was doing other things. Staff was...

"Nice hotel. Clean with a friendly staff. The only issue was one of the windows would not lock and my room was on the ground floor. "

"I didn’t like that there was no breakfast available. I didn’t like that there was no extra towels or wash clothes replacements when the ones that was dirty. I didn’t like that there was no replacement bedding. I like the fact that the motel was clean and smelled like pine and bleach. Some of the staff were nice. I like the fact that the bus stop was a nine minute walk. "
