"What a nice, clean hotel. We had a great experience at the Clarion Point. We were kindly helped by Abhi and Sweta to make sure that we were placed in a first floor room. I made points reservation for the second night and Abhi made sure that we stayed in the same room (even though I seemed to have booked a different room type). This place was spotless. All staff were kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again when visiting the Charlotte area. Very quiet and easy to park, etc."

"I tried calling the hotel to see if we could check in at 1pm. I called a toll free number and was told I needed to call another number. From that number, I still was not able to talk to the hotel so I took a chance and went anyway. Once there, there was no one at the desk, but a group of people were eating in the lobby. I thought they were guests, but it was the front desk person. She finally came over, she was not wearing anything that identified she worked there and her dress was less...
