"the service and atmosphere was friendly & caring. I have arrived earlier than expected and check in wasn't till 3pm. the front desk was kind and very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is very very clean and not very far from downtown Pittsburgh Made the commute very easy. I loved the packed breakfast they had as it was nice to bring on the Bus home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan future stays.."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times before. Everything is fine here. Water is hot, with good pressure. Breakfast is nice, with many selections that are a little bit better than most places. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The place is pretty clean, but there was lipstick on one of the top blanket coverings..not mine, and the shower walls and floor could use some better scrubbing. There was light pinkish mold around the shower ledge that easily wiped off with my finger. A small amount, but...

"The room appeared to be recently renovated and had many amenities that aren’t often found at this price point. Abundant lighting—above the desk, reading lights above both sides of the king bed, above the love seat/coffee table area. Lots of accessible outlets—including two on each side of the sink, which is almost unheard of. Exhaust fan and separate light in the shower, lighted mirror above the sink, separate make up mirror, with magnifying mirror on one side. Microwave & fridge. Closet with...

"It was sufficient for a night stay but probably would not spend an extended time there. The walls and bathroom door had crayon marks. The area is very congested and I didn't realize when I booked that for an overnight stay while on a road trip that it would take me an hour to get out of Pittsburgh!"

"Front Staff is awesome and accommodating but the room obviously had not had vacuum ran in a long time other than straight down main walking path maybe and toilet was not cleaned well! There was crumbs and garbage behind the nightstand and dirt and” who knows what” around toilet so had to clean it myself before use!"
