「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again 」

「Staff was amazing, we needed a chair for the shower and our maid got us one and without being asked brought extra towels which was awesome. Breakfast had a good variety of food from cereal, fruits and sausage egg biscuits (even vegetarian omelets). Our rooms were on the 4th floor and were super quiet, beds very comfortable and lots of space with many shelves and hooks for convenience. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「Initially there was a lot of pieces of hair and overall unclean pillow cases in one of the beds. They did give us another room without hesitation snd that one was better. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure why it was only some rooms, but I did see a room that had hard wood floors. We had carpet. Overall pretty clean. A big plus is they came every day we were there to check trash, towels, and toilet paper. Most other places we’ve stayed, we end up having to ask for those things or they only...
