"The rooms were very clean. But the area is behind a few convenience stores with a massage parlor across the parking lot. we were looking for the best of the best but it seemed unsavory. "

"This place surprised me at how beautiful it is! The classic decor w antique touches plus a baby grand giving mid 20th century opulence. There is a lunch buffet advertised for 7or8 bucks which also feels like a throwback to the 1900s haha The room was comfy. The TV is super basic w no major cable channels, but the king bed was a great sleep. In the morning they do a breakfast that I missed but there’s a McDonald’s across the street, and you’re downtown with a short drive to the interstate. "

"I liked the location of the property in relation to our event at the Convention Center. The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. Housekeeping arrived early and was prompt in changing out towels. Facility does not provide shampoo or conditioner in their bathrooms, so make sure to bring your own. Also, close to the airport, so you will hear loud air traffic from the larger planes. The main negative I have about the specific room we stayed in was that the door was not sealed, so much...

"Convenience"

" The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold."

"Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and kind. My son was in norton hospital so was close to hospital and they allowed me to add a night at a time to my stay until we were ready to take him home. If I ever have to be here again I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again to they staff for being so wonderful "
