"They had no idea we had reservations for over 2wks and I confirmed it a week before we showed up. Then I showed the staff our reservations and they put us in the room that we reserved. "This property has a lot of potential. It is run down and requires some attention. The hostess was nice and pleasant. I understand that there was 2yrs covid and back to back cyclones, but basics like, cleanliness, good fans, lights, having coffee/tea/milk available, would help a lot. Thanks Wayne"
