"Surfaces were obviously not clean. Carpet not recently vacuumed Dresses and tables had a light oil smear patch. There was a night stand missing on one side of the bed. The vanity mirror light was not working. Otherwise everything was as expected and good."

That being said, we were very impressed with the The customer service provided by the staff, highly respectful and polite, the breakfast was neat and well set up every morning, our room was in excellent remodeled condition fitted with a nice large lcd smart tv including all the apps, and all of this comes at an affordable rate. Therefore we deem this an over all great stay!"
