"The front desk woman was kind but the lack of flexibility that the facility had with changing my room was frustrating. even though I tried changing my room days in advance before my stay. parking was an absolute nightmare as well d/t construction in the parking lot. that was once i could find the parking lot because it had no signage that it was for the hotel. "
