「The building overall seems nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was super nice. Our room feels comfortable, however there is a big gap between our door and frame so light and noise are coming through the door to the hallway. There is also quite a bit of mold growing the the shower. If I were staying longer than one night I would be requesting a new room.」

「I forgot my wallet and did not have my credit card. The lovely front desk person worked with me to get me into my reserved room. Best deal in Brainerd area. I have stayed a few times and each time, it meets my needs, wants and expectations. The staff is friendly, the breakfast bar is well stocked and the rooms are clean」

「The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

「Property room could have been cleaner. Obvious roof leaks noted in ceiling, heating was difficult to control, phone did not work, light bulb burned out, refrigerator froze everything. It was convenient for our needs, price was ok. Was not informed that you had to travel to another building for swimming and activity. There was no smoking there but there was definitely smoking, not only cigarettes going on in building, that and barking dogs in a no animal building. Beds were good and tv in main...

「We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme.」
