"I loved my staycation stay here; the only thing I did not like was not being able to open the window shade, I believe it was broken or put there on purpose, but I love natural lighting and would have loved to see outside while I was in my room. "

The customer service I received at the hotel was amazing and immaculate. The staff treated me like a customer and not a number. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. "

"This property is in a great location central to the hustle and bustle of Columbia. The issue I have with this property is that there are several people that live there that make the entire property their home. Not much you can do about it because they are in the common areas, but I did watch this dude‘s dog piss on the wall and that’s not something we want to see his dog because we are already limited as it is and that just makes it bad for everybody."

"Pluses - It's a good value for your money if the main thing you need from the hotel is a place to stay. The rooms seemed really clean and are decorated in very good taste. The staff was super nice at all times, which has a lot of weight of course. Minuses - if view is important for your experience this probably isn't the place for you. All we saw from the window is a train rail that was like 20 feet from the hotel, which brought another problem of train passing by loudly every hour or so...
