"Great staff. Hotel was dated but very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hot water was great but the water pressure was very low. My friends had no water pressure issues so it was a local issue to my room. I will return next year as it is conveniently located to the arena."

"When you first arrive, the area might seem a little sketchy, but once you step inside, speak with the staff, and get settled into your room, you’ll find it’s much better than it appears. My only minor issue was that the bottom of the door in my room could use a proper seal. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay while visiting for the Dreamville Festival 2025. Everything went smoothly, and if this were my only available option for lodging during the festival again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay...
