"This property is in a great location central to the hustle and bustle of Columbia. The issue I have with this property is that there are several people that live there that make the entire property their home. Not much you can do about it because they are in the common areas, but I did watch this dude‘s dog piss on the wall and that’s not something we want to see his dog because we are already limited as it is and that just makes it bad for everybody."

"Extremely clean. Stuff were amazing, they provided the best of quality service. The location is close to all interesting points in Washington, DC - Near downtown, White House and monuments, etc. Very quiet place!!"

"The shuttle to and from the airport is great. The offer parking for less than the airport parking lots"

"Based on my review, everything’s good. The female front desk agent was so accommodating and friendly, compared to the male front desk agent that doesn’t look at you while I’m talking but continues to look at the computer. Not interested in looking at the customer except probably when it’s blonde. Breakfast is superb."

"This was an easy place in re: to check-in and check-out. The staff was friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Only issue was toothpaste spatter from previous guests on the back of the bathroom door."
