"Check in was at 3pm, the room assigned wasn’t clean, was given another room that wasn’t cleaned. Third room they gave me had broken drawers, you couldn’t fit around the sink to get to the toilet. The shower had mould in it. Reception guy had a tracksuit on and his personal beat headset on his head when he eventually appeared and the manager hung up the phone on me when I called the number at the desk to check in. "The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. "Stayed at the silk rooms on our first visit to knutsford. We were in the area as were attending a friends wedding. We would have loved to have visit the restaurant beneath the rooms, however aware that this was under refurbishment. Room was amazing! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much. "
