"We stayed in a balcony room with an ocean view, but the road noise was really loud, so we couldn't really enjoy sitting out there. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel, but just wanted to say it, so others are aware."

Best beach front hotel on a budget. Room was clean and bed was decent. One night stay for our Carnival cruise. "

"Railing in our room was very loose, tile was cracked and the floor was sagging in multiple places. "

"Nice place to stay, easy access to the beach and bubba gumps. We don’t do rides but it’s a short walk to pleasure pier. You get a nice view of the beach from the balcony and can annoy the sea breeze. The breakfast was great had coffee and sausage with eggs. "

"Our stay at the La Quinta in Texas City was great. The hotel was great and the staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The desk clerk on duty around 6 pm from 9 - 12 Apr was amazing. I didn't get her name, but she went over and beyond helping us, both on the phone and in person. She should be considered for a raise. She was a great representative for your hotel."
