"My room felt like a cozy apartment I really enjoyed my stay only thing I would complain is the complimentary toiletries there was no shampoo three bottles of conditioner and one lotion so I couldn’t wash my hair. And the blanket is thin I like thicker blankets heavier to sleep "

"This was a quick overnight stay on an emergency trip from FL to north of Syracuse NY. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and as a solo female I felt safe immediately. He made sure I had a room not far the desk and it was even accessible for me. The room was clean, but there was a little musty smell. It wasn't enough to make me even want to say anything. I did not use the heat/AC s it was very loud, but I don't need it. I arrives after 9:30 pm and was back in the road at 6:00 am. The...
