"Customer service was exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part, just some small details, like the TV was full of dust and some corners in the room were not clean. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The main areas, like the lobby and pool area were very clean and well maintained. "

"We stayed 3 nights. The room was nice. I put the do no disturb in the door after the first night. After the second night I removed it. No one came into clean the room or bring clean towels. That was kind of a disappointment. "

"I have stayed here before when it was the baymont and it’s a nice hotel but overall is a bit dated and was a bit dirty due to renovations but I’m confident it will be nice once Reno’s are complete "
