"Every thing was fantastic, except the hot tub and pool heater was broken. Fortunately the weather was super hot so it didn't really affect anything. Due to proximity to Union Station there was a noticable homeless presence, but thats no fault on Sentral's. Staff were amazing. When our airline lost my bag, they were very accommodating in accepting the delivery and notifying me it had arrived."
