"Very good spot to stay for a family. Downtown Columbus felt very safe and was very clean. The pool could have been warmer and there was quite a bit of dirt and debris in the pool. Otherwise great hotel and we would stay here again. "

Prior to my stay, I called to ask a question and the front desk employee (Gabrielle) sounded like I was a major inconvenience to her. We all have bad days, so it wasn't a big deal. I also called the front desk to ask about extending my stay, & AGAIN was given an unfriendly tone like she didn't have time for me. Gabrielle needs a new job where she isn't miserable! "Always a great stay at drury properties and this one is no exception. Beds are so comfortable i am usually sleeping within minutes of my head hitting the pillow and body hitting the bed. Love the nightly tasty snacks and drinks during the social hour and great breakfast options with amazing food."
