They walked us to our room and when I got into our room, I wanted a different room that had a balcony. The front desk, man then proceeded to take me to another room with a better Option and we chose that one. He was so helpful and considerate of my needs. His hotel also is very convenient to all little shops and restaurants especially the Eiffel TowerThey had a turn down service...
