「The property was good. After check in the TV would not work. The desk clerk came to the room and after a couple phone calls to Direct TV was able to reset the connection. That night the Heat/AC unit did not work well. Giving only minor heat at best. At check out the clerk said the temp on those only works at 85 degrees and higher? Okay?」

「Overall was a good stay! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. However the night attendant had zero customer service skills. It was 1 am and we had been driving all day from our cross country trip from Florida to California and now back home. We simply needed a place to rest our heads at night.
