「As I know, they provide the rooms in different buildings. The room my friends have stayed was nice. However, the environment of the room I stayed was was humid. The showerpipe was rusted, the bedding sheet was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. On the day we arrived, the flush system of toilet was not working. Unfortunately, it was national holiday and they fixed it one day after. I would say, the service was ok, but based on the price, the room should be better.」

「El piso increíble, muy limpio y cómodo, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario (café, aceite, sal, azúcar, refrigerador, sartenes, microondas, cafetera y hervidor de agua). Las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien En el baño tienen una lavadora de ropa y tendedero que nos vino genial para estar 5 días en Cracovia A 5 minutos andando del castillo de Wawel, muy buena ubicación La gente de recepción muy muy amable! :D 」

「酒店在火車站附近步行約5分鐘左右，很近方便，距離old town也不遠，酒店職員都很熱情，有地圖教導如何去old town,有一日團可以參加salt礦和集中營，建議比價後再參加或自己去，一日團有點貴。另外酒店是沒有電梯的，要行樓梯，幸好住的房間在二樓，所以不用行那麼多，行李重的人要有心理準備。每天也會有room services ,不好處就是沒有電梯和床較軟。火車站處有shopping mall,內有超市兌換店，匯率好過old town」

"Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning."
