"Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again. "

"Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

"Great accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Location is probably great for summer, a little out the way for winter. The ski boot room is far too get to inside. Pillows are a little uncomfortable, but other than that everything is great."

"We liked everything about this place. It is clean, good breakfast, ample parking. Cable car very near by. Scenery amazing. We decided to stay one more day. Highly recommend this hotel. To our surprise we were issued a 'summer card' that provided few free activities that was a bonus "
