The hotel is in a good area, the room was large and clean for its age. The front desk person working there was very rude however. She did not like how I rated my check in experience was negative, because I had to wait 2 hrs to get help, because the front desk was closed due to a party.
The next day when I tried to get tourist information, she confronted me over it and told me my review was unacceptable. She argued with me in front of other hotel guest and even ignored them when I told her to help them first. This is the first time I ever experienced a hotel worker arguing with a customer over something like this. I did not even get help with recommendations in the area. The behavior of this worker was very UNPROFESSIONAL and kept blaming us or our phones for not being able to call the number for the parking when we got there. It is very unprofessional to be yelled at in front of other guests. I felt embarrassed and anxious, and it completely ruined my vacation. I have stayed at many hotels, and I have never been to a hotel with a worker that displays this horrible attitude, arguing with the customer. I would not recommend this hotel due to this worker, so hopefully some remedial training can help.
