「距離越後湯澤站很近，雪地走路約8分鐘，附近有燒烤店，便利商店，很是便利，但吃飯的服務品質沒有很好，很制式，沒人情味，可能是距離車站很近的優勢不缺訂房客人。第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店行李要自己拿回房間的，還有到飯店大廳要拖鞋，並且自行拿去有鑰匙的鞋櫃放，行李進大廳輪子會被擦拭，但第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店，行李輪子根本有擦跟沒擦一樣髒，飯店因為生意太好，在服務上，或是交談上都相當冷漠且制式化，門口的換鞋位置太小，經常換好鞋還會被趕讓位，唯一可讚美的就是房內的浴室跟公共泡湯池很不錯，但公共泡湯的消毒水味道還滿重的。」
