「This was a last minute trip, we wanted guest house that was near hotel, not far to walk into centre. A quiet location, street parking but seemed safe, just look out for permit parking signs(guest house did give us plenty of information) a good breakfast, so quite a good stay. There was just a couple of things that hadn't been done, mirror in bathroom still had marks on it and there was used and empty complementary toiletries still in the shower, it wasn't a problem but just wasn't nice to see. 「Nice hotel in a good location. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants and not too far to walk into Barry Island. A little bit of tlc needed in the room due to wear and tear which didn’t affect our stay at all. 」

「A lovely trip away for my partners birthday. We had a sea view room and it was exceptional. The British weather can’t be helped but the view was still great. My only struggle was with the parking as it wasn’t super clear where the parking was at the rear. 」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」
