「Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry. It is also located close to a nice little park with a Tesco just around the corner. My only complaint was that the shower head was mouldy, and when I changed the pressure a fair bit of mould came out (luckily not onto me!), the rest of the apartment was good but this let it down.」

「Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website) Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay. 」

「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they...

「在歐洲來回好幾次了，也常居過，第一次遇到飯店強制在9pm後要一個小時付10鎊的費用，也就是如果12點才到飯店，那就要付給他們30鎊，所以我直接要求給我密碼，不需要什麼歡迎入住的儀式。進去房間後，打掃很糟，很多地方都有灰塵，廚房用具也很髒，人員也很無禮跟粗魯，打掃又懶惰，期待你用的乾淨讓他們可以隨意清理就好，否則態度就很差，甚至還會被說教。老實說，不想做就別做，但還說教也太惡劣。所以這間飯店就是你要額外給錢才會有好的服務，真是糟糕又丟臉。另外，如果不喜歡party後吵雜的環境，請不要考慮這，位置是同志村，如果怕吵或想好好休息的人，住這裡只會一肚子氣。總之，服務人員是個對華人態度很惡劣的人，不過如果你多付錢，也許就不一樣了。完全不推薦這裡，即使地點離市區不遠。」
