It’s close to the train station and large shopping malls which is very convenient to do the shopping or to travel to another spot. Room is fine and clean. You can use the laundry. Some vending machines located in some levels. Just a small problem is if you and your friends want to open your luggage to tidy up your belongings together, it may be too overcrowded.
The only con I have to mention about this hotel is that exits really aren't labeled clearly. Yokohama is massive station and depending on which transit system you're using, you MAY have to climb a flight of stairs, walk across aong path, before you can get to a hotel. If you're taking the city's subway or JR or Keikyu you'll be fine. This is something the hotel can consider offering to guests but I guess since this is primarily a business hotel the idea isn't to always cater to tourists. I had a very comfortable stay here and I paid extra to have the breakfast offered by the cafe next door. It was nothing special but why not. There's also a convenience store directly attached to the hotel and some small pubs nearby. It's not meant to be a party area but even though our room was facing the tracks it was quiet enough for us to sleep.
